Fleet Associate – Vehicle Cleaner
Seeking a responsible, hard working, independent individual to manage, clean and fuel a fleet of rental vehicles. Also, it may include some shoveling in the winter.
Reporting to the Manager, the Fleet Associate – Vehicle Cleaner is responsible for routine inspection, validation and cleaning of our free-floating cars. The person is also responsible for checking that everything required is in the vehicle (extra washer fluid, snow brush, vehicle insurance and registration, etc.).
This position requires a person to work alone using a company vehicle to drive to vehicles that require cleaning (cars are basically located between Jane St and Victoria Park, south of Eglinton). All of the cleaning is done at the vehicle, including glass, plastic panels and seat cleaning, vacuuming, and exterior cleaning using a waterless cleaner. The job is outside 90 % of the time, in the sun, rain, and snow. Ideally, the person is someone that enjoys working outside on their own, since they will be working alone and are mainly self-directed for the tasks.
The job may also include some other tasks such as relocating vehicles if the other fleet agents are busy.

Requirements
- G or G2 Ontario driver’s license
- Active and independent work environment
- Computer skills to identify vehicles requiring a cleaning
- Personal qualities required
- Ability to work independently to achieve daily cleaning target
