Selection Process
Once your form is submitted, our team will follow these steps:
Upon receiving your form, we will analyze the provided information based on the following criteria:

Location : Verification of proximity to our existing stations and accessibility for our members.

Demand in the area : We assess the need for a station in the suggested location.

Accessibility : We evaluate whether the space is easily accessible at all times and whether there are any restrictions (barriers, limited access, etc.).

Security : Analysis of the space's security (lighting, surveillance, snow removal, etc.).

Source of the offer :We verify whether the offer comes from a private individual, a business owner, or another entity, ensuring it aligns with our legal requirements.

If your proposal meets our needs, we will contact you promptly to clarify certain details. This may include additional questions about security conditions, pricing, or specific accessibility details. At this stage, we may also ask you to provide additional photos of the parking spaces or other necessary documents for the offer’s validation. Additionally, an on-site visit may be arranged to better assess the conditions.
If all conditions are met, we will prepare an agreement that includes:

Start date

Rental fee

Responsibilities and maintenance (snow removal, upkeep, etc.)

Payment terms

Termination conditions

Once the agreement is signed, we will install signage indicating that the space is reserved for Communauto vehicles. At this stage, we also ensure that the space is ready for vehicle access by verifying accessibility and security conditions.
Once everything is set up, we will proceed with the deployment of vehicles and integrate them into our network.

Yes, you can suggest a parking location even if you do not own it. We simply ask that you fill out the form with as much information as possible. If your suggestion is relevant, we will contact the owner to explore possible options.
