Communauto is the first car-sharing service deployed in North America. Founded in 1994 in Quebec, its head office is located in Montreal, Québec. Its main objective is to offer an alternative to owning a car, in order to reduce its use.
Communauto operates the largest fleet of electric vehicles available for car-sharing in several Canadian cities and Europe with more than 3300 vehicles.
Our team, now counting more than 100 employees, is present in Montreal, Quebec City, Paris, Halifax, Ottawa, Edmonton, Toronto, Hamilton, and Kitchener.
From September, 200 vehicles will be available for car-sharing in Calgary.
And that’s where you come in.
Reporting to the Manager, the Fleet Support Agent is responsible for routine inspection, validation, and cleaning of our free floating cars.
This position requires being 90 % of the time outside, in the Calgary area.
ROLE
- Routine interior and exterior cleaning of the vehicles
- Inspects vehicles as scheduled to maintain standards such as decals, signage, electronics, and security systems
- Collect tickets, lost and found objects, etc.
- Shuttling of vehicles to improve customer availability
- Review of damage validation and member-reported issues, as directed
- Maintain good relations with fleet vendors including car dealership staff, mechanics, technicians, auto body repair shop workers, and car wash
QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS
- Graduated license with a clean driving record
- A minimum of 3 years of driving experience
- A minimum of 1 year of Customer service experience
- Strong spoken and written skills in English
- The ability to speak and write in French is an asset
- Computer skills
- Automotive knowledge including basic electronics & mechanical systems.

CONDITION
- Full-Time position
- Scheduled position from Monday to Friday.
- Salary: Starting at 18.50$ per hour
