The role of the customer service agent is to respond effectively and professionally to member inquiries by phone and e-mail and to conduct administrative tasks related to the position.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS
- Provide high quality customer service by advising, informing, and assisting members by phone and email:
- Create, modify, and cancel reservations
- Explain the service Communauto offers in order to optimize the applicant’s and/or member’s decision
- Document issues related to the use of vehicles and provide appropriate solutions
- Support the application process by verifying if the necessary information and documents are present
- Respond to member’s invoice inquiries
Provide administrative support by using tools that are provided:
- Allocating member requests and complaints to appropriate staff
- Identify procedure or system anomalies and propose solutions
- Analyze and resolve alerts
REQUIREMENTS (Qualification, Experience, Skills)
- High School Diploma with 3-5 years of experience in customer service or;
- College diploma with 1-2 years of experience in customer service
- Strong spoken and written skills in English
- Ability to speak and write in French is an asset
- Computer skills
