The role of the customer service agent is to respond effectively and professionally to member inquiries by phone and e-mail and to conduct administrative tasks related to the position.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS

  • Provide high quality customer service by advising, informing, and assisting members by phone and email:
  • Create, modify, and cancel reservations
  • Explain the service Communauto offers in order to optimize the applicant’s and/or member’s decision
  • Document issues related to the use of vehicles and provide appropriate solutions
  • Support the application process by verifying if the necessary information and documents are present
  • Respond to member’s invoice inquiries

Provide administrative support by using tools that are provided:

  • Allocating member requests and complaints to appropriate staff
  • Identify procedure or system anomalies and propose solutions
  • Analyze and resolve alerts

REQUIREMENTS (Qualification, Experience, Skills)

  • High School Diploma with 3-5 years of experience in customer service or;
  • College diploma with 1-2 years of experience in customer service
  • Strong spoken and written skills in English
  • Ability to speak and write in French is an asset
  • Computer skills
