Please note that a reservation fee ($0.75 between 8 am and 7 pm, or $1.50 in the evening) will apply for reservation modifications made by phone as of January 1, 2014.

Did you know that your payments can be made online or by phone with your financial institution?

The reference number that should be used is the Account Number that appears in the top left corner of the invoice, which is the same as your Membership Number if you are registered as an individual subscriber (not to be confused with your invoice number).

You should allow 3 business days for your payment to reach us.

Please note that payments by automated teller machine (ATM) or at the counter can usually only be made at the “Caisses”.

This winter, we ask Auto-mobile users not to park the vehicles in snow removal zones, clearly indicated by orange signs installed by the City, and to park in zones that have already been cleared if possible. During snowstorms, users will be informed of any specific instructions in regards to the SNOW REMOVAL promotion ( minute credits and/or reduced rates).

These rates are only available in participating car rental locations in Montreal, Quebec City, Sherbrooke and Gatineau, and depending on the current policy of the Network reservation agreements.

In order to simplify the service and align the Communauto and Auto-mobile winter advice, the gas tank must now be at least half full when returning a vehicle, in winter and summer, instead of 3/4 during winter as it was before.

Remember that in winter, gas consumption can increase dramatically, sometimes up to 25% more than in summer. We ask that you be vigilant when you return the vehicle and make sure that the gas level requirement is met not to inconvenience the next subscriber.
