Calling fees become reservation fees
Maximize your savings by reserving online or by using Felix
NEW. As of February 1st 2013, we will stop charging a fee when you call to modify a reservation. In return, the calling fees that apply for each vehicle reservation will be converted to reservation fees. The impact will be as follows: currently, if you make multiple reservations on the same call, a 65¢ or $1.30 fee (depending on the time of day) is applied once. With the new approach, these fees will be applied to each reservation made during the same call.
Calls with multiple reservations monopolize our staff for extended periods of time, which increases the waiting time on our phone lines. By controlling demand through a more suitable price signal, we will be able to serve you more efficiently. There is a greater likelihood that you will have to contact us by phone (either for a reservation extension while you are on the road or for an emergency) to modify a reservation rather than for the original reservation. This new approach will thus be more equitable.
This winter, drive for less!
The Long Distance rate at $19.95 and $24.95 / day
From January 18th to March 31st 2013, drive for less thanks to our Winter Getaway promotion. During this period, the Long Distance rate will drop to $19.95/day on selected vehicles. Nearly a third of our vehicles at each of our branches will be available at this special rate. Starting on January 18th, the rate of all other vehicles will go from $27.95/day to $24.95/day for the remainder of the low season (until June 14th, 2013).
It will be possible for you to find the vehicles available at the Winter Getaway rate starting from January 10th. To do so, search for the vehicles with a snowflake in RÉSERVauto. You can also limit your selection to these vehicles by checking the option FIND A CAR AT $19.95/DAY after having chosen the "Long Distance" rate in the "Requested rate" option (step 4). If no vehicle is offered, click on the button MORE STATIONS to expand your selection.
The Winter Getaway rate will also be available using our mobile site (iPhone and Android compatible).

The preparation of our cars for winter is now complete. Winter tires have been installed and snow brushes and shovels are available in each car. Winter is already upon us and new habits should now be adopted.
