There are two main ways of subscribing. You can subscribe as a non-member to the Le Lièvre package, in which case you won’t have to pay the $500 refundable membership fee, or you can choose to become a member and subscribe to package A, B or C, giving you access to our best hourly rates.

LOWERING YOUR DEDUCTIBLE

By default, your deductible in case of an at-fault accident is $500. You can choose to lower this amount to $250 or $0 by paying $31.50/year or $46.50/year respectively.

You can offset the greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions of your kilometres driven in a Communauto.

A rate per kilometre, which varies depending on your choice of package (A, B, C or Le Lièvre) and the distance you travel (Basic Rates vs. Long Distance Rates).  

A daily or hourly rate, which is the same for all members who have selected package A, B or C. Different rates apply to the Le Lièvre package.

  
  Reserve on-line free of charge. If you reserve over the phone, there is a reservation fee of $0.75 between 8 am and 7 pm, or $1.50 in the evening.
